Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Trak Wellness Inc. for the Turner app. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Keep your login details safe; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Subscriptions

• Some communities and features need a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple's policies.

Community rules

Be respectful. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit or misleading, and don't spam or impersonate others. You can report or block content and members in the app. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You own what you post. You give us permission to host and show it in the app so the service works. You can delete your posts or your account at any time.

Health and fitness

Turner, Turny and community content are for general fitness information and motivation only, not medical advice. Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, and stop if you feel pain or discomfort.

Rewards

Coins and rewards earned in the app have no cash value, can't be transferred, and may change. Partner offers are provided by those partners under their own terms.

Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Trak Wellness Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
