Common questions
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Turner and tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
I forgot my password.
On the login screen tap Forgot password and follow the steps. If the email doesn't arrive, write to us.
How do I delete my account?
In the app go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and its data. You can also email us to ask for deletion. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription — cancel it as described above.
How do I connect Apple Health or a wearable?
Open the app, go to your profile and choose the connections section. You can turn access off at any time in the iPhone Settings app.
